Who Should Have Won the Best Actor Oscar for 1937?

Jealous of Paul Muni, his beard, and his accents, Spencer Tracy got his hair curled and learned a Portuguese accent, thus originally winning the Best Actor Oscar in 1937 for Captains Courageous:
